These terms cover your use of photocraftkit.com (KitNotes). By using the site you agree to them.

What this site is. KitNotes is an independent, unofficial guide to PhotoCraft, the free, open-source image editor made by the ArtCraft team. We are not the developers of PhotoCraft and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the ArtCraft team or Adobe.

Free to use. The site is free. It has no accounts and no paid features, and we do not take payments.

Information, not advice. We check facts against official sources and show the date we checked, but software changes quickly. The pages are provided as is, without any warranty. Before you install anything, confirm details on the official PhotoCraft site or GitHub repository.

Third-party software. PhotoCraft is licensed by its developers under the MIT or Apache-2.0 license; those licenses, not these terms, govern your use of the software. Download links go to the official site and the official GitHub releases. /online serves an unmodified copy of the official PhotoCraft web build under that license; it runs in your browser and the images you open stay on your device. We are not responsible for the software itself, for data you lose while using it, or for third-party sites we link to.

Acceptable use. Do not attack, overload or scrape the site in a way that disrupts it, and do not use it to break the law.

Trademarks. PhotoCraft and ArtCraft names belong to their owners. Adobe and Photoshop are trademarks of Adobe Inc. We use these names only to describe the software.

Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, KitNotes is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site or relying on its content.

Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
